Nanping, as the biggest city in area, has an area of 26,300 square kilometers, accounting for one fifth of the whole land of Fujian Province. It governs one district, four cities and five counties, namely, Yanping District, Shaowu City, Jianyang City, Jian’ou City, Wuyishan City, Shunchang County, Pucheng County, Guangze County, Songxi County and Zhenghe County. The current registered population is 3,040,000.
